Terms of Service

Welcome to Virellè. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Virellè offers luxury concierge services, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior property oversight and monitoring

  • Household errands and personal request coordination

  • Vehicle care and management

  • Vendor coordination for deliveries, maintenance, and curated services

All services are performed with discretion and professionalism. Services are exterior-focused unless explicitly agreed upon.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about household, property, and service requests.

  • Fund any third-party costs (e.g., deliveries, services, purchases) as agreed.

  • Grant authorized access to property or vendors when required.

  • Respect service boundaries and scheduled appointments.

3. Payment & Billing

  • Membership fees and service charges are billed as agreed in the Service Agreement.

  • Clients are responsible for any prepaid or pass-through costs.

  • All payments are due upon invoicing or via agreed payment method.

  • Virellè does not accept responsibility for delays caused by non-payment.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Virellè treats all client information with strict confidentiality.

  • We do not disclose personal details or service requests without client consent.

  • Any photos, logs, or service documentation are used solely for service verification.

5. Liability & Limitation of Services

  • Services are provided “as-is” and limited to exterior or authorized tasks.

  • Virellè is not responsible for damages caused by client negligence, third-party vendors, or events outside our control.

  • Clients acknowledge that Virellè does not enter private homes unless specifically agreed and authorized.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the Service Agreement.

  • Upon termination, outstanding fees or pre-authorized funds will be settled.

  • Any access or authorization provided to Virellè or vendors will be revoked immediately.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction agreed in the Service Agreement.

8. Amendments

  • Virellè may update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of changes and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
